A session belongs to the channel it was created in. If no session_id is given and exactly one open session exists there, the bot uses it automatically. LM is the lootmaster; mods and the server owner can manage the session as well.

All times use Europe/Berlin. Without an end time a duration of two hours is assumed. Creator, mods and owner can edit, close and delete events. Shortly before start the voice channel becomes the event location.

Tickets

Each ticket is a Discord channel plus an entry in the ticket system. Members see their own tickets, mods the whole support area. Loot reports, insurance cases and task reports are created as tickets as well.
